The plant — Shindewadi, Pune
Six stations. Every panel barcoded from the first cut.
Semi-robotic, software-driven, instrumented end to end — the only reason we can publish a delivery record rather than describe one.

Process flow
Where a board becomes a delivered panel.
Pressing
Boards are laminated in-house on both faces, so the finish is ours to control rather than a supplier’s to explain.
Beam saw
Boards are cut into panels on a Biesse beam saw driven by the optimised cutting list, not by a chalk line.
Edge banding
PVC edge banding applied on the machine. 18mm panels are banded on all four sides — no exceptions.
Six-side drilling
CNC drilling to the same program that generated the cutting list, so hardware lines up first time on site.
Quality control
Checked at every station rather than once at the end. A panel rejected at dispatch has already cost you a week.
Packing & dispatch
Scanned out against the order. The dispatch scan is what stops the delivery clock.
SITE VISIT
We would rather you saw the floor than read about it.
Factory visits for architects and PMC firms, most weekdays. A filmed walkthrough is in production for the times a visit is not practical.
