One drawing. Three materials. One manufacturing setup.
OutDo makes commercial furniture in its own manufacturing setup near Pune. Wood, metal and aluminium are made in-house, the approved drawing drives production, and every part of an order is coordinated together.

04 / Drawing to machine
What happens between an approved drawing and the finished piece
Our drawings are made in production software (Spazio 3D). The same approved drawing produces everything the floor needs.
- Approved drawing
- Cut list
- Machine program
- Panel label
- Assembly file
- 01The drawing becomes the cut list.
Every panel of every product, with its size, comes from the approved drawing.
- 02The programs drive the saw and the drills.
The program is on the machine before the project reaches it; no one has to work out a measurement.
- 03Every panel gets a printed label.
The code, the client, the product and which panel it is, so any one piece can be found on the floor.
- 04An exploded assembly file shows where each numbered panel goes.
So an installer can put the product together as drawn.

05 / The floor
Walk the floor
The route a panel takes through the woodwork unit, from board to its project's dispatch zone.

If plywood and laminate arrive separately, the laminate is pressed onto the boards first. Pre-laminated boards skip this step.

The program is already on the beam saw. As each piece is cut, a label is printed for it: the code, the client, the product and which panel it is.

From the saw, panels go to edge-banding, where every edge is banded and sealed.

CNC and six-side drilling from the program, so every part fits and assembles correctly.

Panels go to the sorting floor and are sorted item by item, so every order is complete.

Sorted material is packed, project by project.

The packed project waits in its own dispatch zone. Every project has a separate zone.
06 / Coordination
Every part of an order, ready together
The woodwork can be ready while the metal is pending, and that alone holds up a site. So every part of an order starts from the same drawing and is tracked together.
