Your brand in front. Our factory behind it.
OutDo makes office furniture to your drawings and under your name, in our own factory: wood, metal and aluminium, two production lines, two shifts. Add manufacturing capacity without adding another factory, or another name between you and your client.

Your order book can grow faster than your floor. Your name can't afford the gap.
-
A full floor turns a won order into a late one
When your own production is booked, a new order waits in the queue, or you turn it away.
-
Another factory is a fixed cost for demand that may not last
Machines, space and a second shift are a big commitment to make for a busy season.
-
The wrong maker becomes a competitor
A maker whose label is on the product, or who meets your client on site, can start quoting your client directly.
-
The repeat order that doesn't match the first
Your client expects the next floor to look like the last one. A maker who buys material order by order can't promise that.
Grow the order book without growing the factory.
Two ways to partner, one set of rules
Choose the model that fits your business. The rules that protect your name are the same in both.
Your range, made by us
For brands and studios without a factory. We make your products to your drawings and specification, packed and labelled to your instructions. Your designs stay yours: we don't add them to our own range.
Capacity when your floor is full
For makers and design-build firms with their own production. We take the order your floor can't fit, made to your drawings and your finish, so you can say yes to it.
We stay behind you
Since June 2024 we sell only our own product, with no fit-out business to sell to your client. We work with you, not with your client.

A manufacturer chose us
A listed company that designs and runs workspaces, with its own furniture manufacturing, chose us. When the specified fabric couldn't arrive in time, we proposed acoustic sheet at the same price; the workstations were delivered in about 15 to 20 days.

Ask any maker: “Which of my products would you make in-house, and which would you buy in from someone else?”
Five questions to ask any manufacturing partner
With what usually happens, and how we answer each one.
01Will my client ever see your name?
What usually happens
The maker's label is on the product or the packing, or its fitter meets your client on site, and the next enquiry goes around you.
How we close it
We sell only our own product and have no fit-out business. Partner orders are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we deal with you, not with your client.
Ask any maker: “Whose name will be on the product, the packing and the delivery note?”
02Who owns my designs?
What usually happens
Your drawings sit in the maker's system, and a version of your product turns up in its own catalogue a few months later.
How we close it
Your drawings stay yours. We make them for you, we don't add them to our range, and that goes into the confidentiality agreement.
Ask any maker: “Will you put that in writing before I share my drawings?”
03Will the next order match this one?
What usually happens
The board or edge band comes from a different batch, and the second floor doesn't quite match the first.
How we close it
Your approved sample fixes the finish references and quality criteria. On large orders we check colour availability with the mill during selection and ask it to book its production slot before the order.
Ask any maker: “How will you match my next order to this one?”
04What happens when my order lands in your busy month?
What usually happens
Capacity is promised to win the order, the maker's own work comes first, and your date moves.
How we close it
Two production lines and two shifts, 7 AM to 2 AM. Our operations, design and production heads are told the day an order is confirmed, and anything that could move the date is declared before we take the order.
Ask any maker: “From what exact event do you count lead time, and what could move it?”
05Who handles snags and after-sales?
What usually happens
A failed hinge after handover becomes weeks of calls, and your client calls you, not the maker.
How we close it
It is part of the written partnership terms: who closes the snag list and by when, and who replaces what, from whose stock.
Ask any maker: “Who closes my snag list, by when, and who replaces a failed part, from whose stock?”
A manufacturing partner protects your name when the rules are written before the first order.
Have a range to make? Start with one product.
Send the drawings or BOQ of one product or one order. We'll engineer it, cost it and tell you what it takes to make it under your name. We'll sign the confidentiality agreement first if you ask.
We engineer each item for our machines and flag anything that can't arrive in quantity before you price it.
We sell only our own product and never bid for the fit-out. We work with you, not with your client.
